Beer Python


Is a cluster of beer and Glycol or water lines bundled together and wrapped in plastic to form a vapour seal encased in insulated foam.Beer python was first conceptualised by Valpar in Northern Ireland.

Beer Gun


Is a hand held beer dispensing tap.Beer Guns are commonly used in portable beer systems.

Beer Tap


Is used to control the flow on beer in a beer system. A beer tap is the final dispense point of a beer system.

Beer Pump


Is a pneumatic pump used to propel beer through the beer system in a Beer Pump Gas System.

Beer Line Checkvalve


Is used as a quick disconnect fitting in a beer system. Beer Line Checkvalves shut off the flow of beer when disconnected from a Snaplok adaptor.Beer Line Checkvalve come in either spring loaded or gravity.

Brewmaster tubing


Is a highly durable multi-layer nylon lined tube used in all Andale Glycol Beer Is a highly durable multi-layer nylon lined tube used in all Andale Glycol Beer Systems and other Andale Beer dispensing systems.
 


C

Cold Plate


A Cold Plate is a stainless steel cold cast in aluminium.The plate when covered in ice acts as a heat exchanger which chill the beer flowing through the stainless steel coil.

Counter Insert Drip Tray


Is used to catch condensation and excess beer in glycol beer dispensing systems.Counter Insert drip Trays are recessed into the bar top.

Drip Tray


Is used to catch excess beer dispensed from a beer dispensing system.

Double Dosing Unit


Is used to both mix and dispense two part beerline cleaners.

Double Plug In Head


Is used to connect two beer lines from one keg coupler, allowing for a beer system to dispense to two points without the use of a beer manifold.

Flexmaster tubing


Is a highly flexible multi-layer nylon lined tube used in all Andale Glycol Beer Systems and other Andale Beer dispensing systems.

FOB


FOB stands for foam on beer, hence the name FOB monitor.

FOB Monitor


Stops the flow of beer when a keg empties. This stops gas being introducted into the beer lines and stops FOBing.

Font


The beer font or tower Is the mounting equipment for your beer taps to your bar. The beer is the most visual part of a beer system and is used for branding and product identifications.


G

Glycol


Glycol in an antifreeze agent which allows water to cool below zero without freezing. Propylene glycol is non-toxic (found in many household and cosmetic items) and is used exclusively in Andale Glycol Beer System.

Glycol Block


A Glycol Block is used as a heat exchanger in glycol beer systems.A Glycol Block is a series of stainless steel coils encased in aluminium. When chilled glycol is pumped through a glycol block the conductive properties of the aluminium heat to stabilise the glycol system and ensure your dispense ice cold beer.

Glycol Tank


Is used to control and pump chilled glycol though a glycol beer system.All Andale Glycol Tanks are Australian made.

Gas Regulator


Controls the flow and pressure on inert gases used in a beer system.

Ice Bank Cooler


An Ice bank Cooler contains beer coils that sit in a water bath. This water bath is stimulated by an agitator and chilled by an inbuilt refrigeration unit, which produces a bank of ice that chills the beer coils.


K

Keg


Is a pressurise container used to store and transport liquids including beer.

Keg Coupler


Is used to tap a keg.


L

Lock In Adaptor


Is a common type of beer tap adaptor used mainly in Queensland and New South Wales.


M

Manifold


Is used to dispense multiple beer or glycol points from the one source.


O

Oetiker Clip


Is a commonly used hose clamp.Oetiker clips are used in all Andale Beer dispensing systems.


P

Panel Adaptor


Is used to connect a Snaplok adaptor through objects such as coolers, fridges and coolroom walls.

PBLC


Stands for Premium Beer Line Cleaner.

Pinvalve and Linevalve


Is a common beer dispensing fitting used mainly in Queensland and New South Wales. This fitting was first invented by Downeys back in the 1960’s.

Plinth Drip Tray


Is used to catch condensation and excess beer in glycol beer dispensing systems. Plinth drip Trays are mounted onto the bar top.


Q

Q-Guard tubing


Q-Guard stands for Quality Guard.Q-Guard is a beer tubing that has an anti microbial agent in the inner layer of the tube to reduce the impacts of yeast and bacteria in a beer system.Q-Guard is exclusive to Andale.

Q-Guard fitting


Is a beer dispensing fitting that has been micro polished to Andale specifications. All Andale Q-Guard fittings are exclusive to Andale and are Australian made. Q-Guard is exclusive to Andale.

Q-Guard Beers System


Is a beer system that used advanced technology to maintain beer quality (when compared to a standard glycol system) and to reduce beer wastage. See Glycol System Upgrades for more information on Andale’s Q-Guard Beer System. Q-Guard is exclusive to Andale.


S

Smart Plate


The Smart Plate was first invented by Andale in the early 2000’s. It guarantees solid ice formation on your fonts.

Snaplok


Is the most common for of beer dispensing fitting used in Australia. The Snaplok fitting was first invented by Andale in the 1960’s and is still widely emulated by our competitors.

Splicer


Is a barbed joiner used to connect two beerlines together.All Andale splicers are Australian made.
