Definition : A Glycol Block is used as a heat exchanger in glycol beer systems. A Glycol Block is a series of stainless steel coils encased in aluminium. When chilled glycol is pumped through a glycol block the conductive properties of the aluminium heat to stabilise the glycol system and ensure your dispense ice cold beer.
